A Gentle Nudge

When a small nudge can counteract inertia.

Sometimes all you need is a gentle nudge. An external force that pushes you - just a little bit - to take action, adjust course, or even pivot entirely.

A few weeks ago, I received a gentle nudge from someone who enjoys my posts here: "I think you're overdue for another thought-provoking post...I enjoy reading them."

It was a reminder that I haven't been as diligent as I would like at sharing what's on my mind - and it was just the nudge I needed to get back to it.

Whether or not there's any value in this post - I hope it serves as a gentle nudge for you.

What's the thing you've been wanting to lean in on?

What's the thing you need to get back to?

And, perhaps most importantly, who can you give a gentle nudge to as we start a new year?

Thanks for spending time with me in my workshop,

Eric
